Our SOC references Aptexx as our purpose-built payment gateway and per operating agreement Aptexx operates Lender Payments as a DBA for the debt repayment market.
Payment processing services are provided by industry leading banks and processing providers including Global Payments (TSYS/ProPay), PayPal, Fiserv and Jack Henry. Aptexx is not in the flow of funds and at no time do we take possession of funds which stay within the banking system using FBO services provided by these publicly traded companies.
